Paeonia Suffruticosa "High Noon"
High Noon’ is an amazing golden yellow Tree Peony that blooms in early summer. This striking variety produces clusters of yellow flowers with red flare at the base of the petals. Nice fragrance; flowers have a pleasing sweet, distinctly lemon scent. It has the huge, semi-double blooms that denote this variety. The blooms can reach up to 7.5″ (20cm) in diameter. A yellow Tree Peony is very rare, so it’s sure to be a show-stopper in any landscape. The foliage is even attractive when not in flower.
Kao Tree Peony Paeonia suffruticosa
Japanese for “The King of Flowers” for its strong colour and upright growth habit. This is a more ruffled variety with a rose red colour and frosted light pink tips.
Shimadaijin Tree Peony
Considered one of the best tree peonies, its majestic, semi-double reddish-purple flowers are goblet shaped with silky petals and measure 8" across. Golden stamens provide dramatic contrast. Leaves are deeply cut into large, pointed lobes. Pleasantly fragrant.
