Heuchera in the wild are little understory plants that live beside small streams where the air is moist and cool. A long way from these small, green plants are the wild colours of today’s Heuchera, or coralbells. From chartreuse to almost black these leaves add dramatic colour to the landscape. They are happiest with some relief from the blazing August sun and ample moisture, but many of the sturdier cultivars will tolerate much more challenging sites. Generally pest and disease free.
Some varieties are Fire Alarm, Lime Marmalade, Northern Exposure Amber and Red Lightning
